Traditional Removable Xico Station Pieces
We take great care to create high quality jewelry that lasts.
Repairs due to faulty construction on behalf of the artist are free of charge. This is determined on a case by case basis in which you should reach out within 3 days of receiving. Contact us with photos of your piece so we can see the damage and we will respond as soon as we can.
The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent earwire or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Xico Station.
Permanent Jewelry Styles
For the life of your Permanent Jewelry piece we offer complimentary re-welding and repair service.
Should your bracelet get caught on something and break or stretch we will do our best to repair it for you. Put it in a safe place and visit us at one of our upcoming events. Important notes: Sometimes we are unable to repair a chain. Xico Station is not liable for lost chains or charms.
